We’ve used Troy for his oven cleaning service for the past few years, and our oven always comes out looking brand new. However, on the most recent occasion, our oven’s heating element was accidentally damaged during the cleaning process. Troy handled this professionally. He paid for the repairs and sincerely apologised for any inconvenience. I would have no issues using this company again!

Wow, honestly cannot recommend enough! Over the moon with the results, I have had oven cleaned previously by someone else and it was no where near as good as this. I urgently needed a very dirty oven cleaned before the new tenant could move in.
All star were booked to do the job next day service around noon by a local cleaning business.
Due to a misunderstanding over phone contact number the appointment was missed.
I took a call from Troy (All Star ), who apologised and offered to do the work after his other jobs of the day were complete, meaning it would be 6:30pm before he arrived.
Troy was very friendly, professional and did an amazing job on the oven.
All in all a great example of customer service worthy of the 5* award.
